Ashley Miers is a sought-after health and mindset coach and Kundalini yoga instructor with a very personal understanding of depression and mental health struggles. Ashley studied cognitive neuroscience and philosphy of mind at the University of Denver, has been an active meditator for more than a decade, and has developed extensive expertise in personal development and mindset mastery.
Ashley used natural lifestyle approaches to overcome her own struggles with depression which involved cutting, suicide attempts, an eating disorder, and drug and alcohol abuse. Ashley went from being in and out of psych units and being on 4 different medications in her twenties to now being medication-free and becoming a healthy and successful mom, coach and host of her own cooking show.
